1. How to Order: Please use the PayPal buttons or use the Credit Card Order Form. The form is used to process your order through Quickbook Payments and is secure. Keep in mind that all orders must be paid in full before shipping is completed. Failure to provide the data necessary to complete the transaction, or if your credit card is declined, will cause your order to be canceled. I do not accept wholesale or international orders at this time. I do not have a brick and mortar store, so no pick up orders are possible. I am also not accepting personal checks or money orders.
2. Shipping: I need 1 business days to process the order. I ship within 24-48 hours after that via USPS to US destinations. At this time I am offering FREE Shipping. I do not accept third-party shipment requests. Orders sent within the US will arrive in 3-12 business days, depending on the order total. I will notify you once your order is shipped.
I do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages, as that is beyond my control. If you do not receive your package in the time estimated, you should contact USPS to arrange a claim. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as several things may occur to delay delivery such as weather conditions, sorting delays and also porch theft. Apparently, USPS is also prone to delay deliveries due to other slowdowns. I have no power to change this.
3. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with an item you ordered, you must ship it back to me within 14 business days after delivery. The cost to ship it back is yours. When I receive the item back I will refund the order. After 14 business days have passed without a return, I will consider the transaction final.
Please do not request a refund through PayPal, as that can take weeks to process. PayPal has changed its operating procedure so that refunds are no longer automatic, and they can hold the funds for as long as 21 days. I strongly suggest you allow me to arrange the refund on my end, which is faster and more convenient.
4. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Contact which includes abuse, threats, or other hostile messages will be trashed.
